Pratibha starting working for Downs Physiotherapy as a receptionist in 2012. She has spent all of her working life in a medical environment .

Pratibha worked in UK as a practice manager for a doctors surgery for several years before deciding to do a BIG move to Australia.

In her spare time Pratibha enjoys Rock N Roll dancing, also spends some time as a volunteer at the Empire Theatre.

Pratibha believes one of the most enjoyable aspects of her job is meeting people from all walks of life whom she is able to help.
